The system replaces manual sniffing with repeatable inline inspection, automatic rejection and production records operators can use shift after shift. That makes ENOS A100 the practical Multi-Barrier starting point for most returnable PET lines.

A consumer can put anything into a returnable bottle, and no single physical principle finds all of it. Vapour analysis reads what evaporates. Optical inspection sees what dried on and never will. A liquid check catches what has no smell at all. A Multi-Barrier line applies all three, at the points where each one works best.

The barriers are ordered so each one protects the next. Aggressive contamination is removed up front, which is what lets the finer checks downstream run at full sensitivity instead of being saturated by strong signals — and it keeps contaminated bottles out of the wash water, where one bottle can affect many.
