How it works
An advanced electronic cam moves a row of small segments in synchronization with the conveyor. As a container passes, the segments form a guiding path that gently deflects it sideways. Because the motion is segmented and synchronized, the expulsion stays precise and gentle even at high line speeds where a hard push would tip or damage containers.
Variants
- QLS012 94 synchronized segments. Compact footprint, ideal for lower-speed lines or installations with limited space, while still giving accurate, reliable rejection.
- QLS015 118 synchronized segments for high-speed production lines. The extra segments give a more gradual, controlled expulsion that keeps the product stable at elevated throughput.
