Role in the line

After SyncroJET treatment, residual detergents and soaps generate foam and bubbles with an easy optical signature. IR Vision is the optical half of first-barrier inspection, complementing the chemical vapor modules of the A100.

What it sees

  • Foam and bubbles produced by PEx contaminants after SyncroJET agitation.
  • Residual liquid, color anomalies and other optical artifacts inside the bottle.
  • Cap presence and related features at the same station.
