SyncroJET

A high-pressure water-jet injector upstream of the A100 that prepares each returned bottle so masked contaminants become detectable.

What it does

SyncroJET agitates the residual liquid in each returned bottle with a carbonate-mix water jet. It changes the pH so chemically masked ammoniacal (NOx) contaminants vaporize for the sniffer, and it changes the optical properties of low-volatility (PEx) detergents and soaps so they generate foam and bubbles for the IR Vision Module.

What it unlocks

  • Releases chemically masked NOx for vapor detection.
  • Generates optical signatures from PEx detergents and soaps.
  • Without this prep, both families are very hard for the A100 to detect.
