How it works
- Before labelling, a QR code is applied to the top of each bottle cap.
- A high-resolution camera with dedicated illumination reads the QR code and sends the data to the server.
- A second camera reads the bottle's tax-stamp Datamatrix, and the system pairs the QR with the Datamatrix.
- After packing, another unit reads every QR inside the box and generates a unique box barcode identifying all bottles it contains.
- At the end of the line, a final camera reads the box barcodes forming each pallet, and the server generates an XML file listing every tax stamp on the pallet.
