The largest time difference between any ENOS office and any plant we cover. Our offices span UTC-6 to UTC-3 — the same working day.

Why the time zone decides the outcome.

A contaminated-bottle event is not a scheduled maintenance item. A detector drifts, a reject arm misbehaves, a format change does not hold — and the line either keeps running or it does not. What matters in that hour is not how many engineers a supplier employs worldwide. It is whether the people who can actually decide something are awake.

Every ENOS office sits between UTC-6 and UTC-3. When a plant in Mexico City, Bogotá, Santiago, São Paulo or Buenos Aires calls at two in the afternoon, it is two in the afternoon for us too — for the regional engineer, and for the people behind them. There is no window to wait for, no overnight gap to hand a problem across, no answer that arrives after the shift it was needed for.

That is the difference between support that is technically available and support that is actually useful when a line is down.

What support looks like in practice

Detection equipment is only as good as its worst day. These are the commitments that keep an installed line in service.

Whoever sees it first answers

Your message reaches the office that covers your plant, where the engineers already know the installations in that territory. The first person to see it answers — no ticket waiting to be assigned, and no escalation to another continent before anyone can act.

Your language, without translation

Spanish, Portuguese and English are all first languages somewhere in the organization. Technical detail survives the conversation intact, which matters when the subject is calibration drift or a rejection threshold.

Remote diagnosis first

Stations offer optional remote management over an internet connection, so most questions can be looked at immediately rather than waiting on travel. Many issues are resolved in the same call.

On-site when it is warranted

When a problem needs hands on the machine, the engineer travelling to your plant is coming from within the region — a domestic or short regional flight, not an intercontinental one.

Calibration that proves itself

Autocal stations self-calibrate and self-diagnose on a fixed cycle and store the results. Operators can also run a bottle spiked with a known contaminant at shift start and watch the system detect and reject it, confirming detector and reject arm end-to-end.

Detection is what we do

Inline inspection for beverage lines is the whole of the business, not one product line among many. Your installation is not competing for attention with an unrelated portfolio.

Beyond the Americas

The regional network described here is where ENOS is closest to the plants it serves, but it is not a boundary on where ENOS works. Equipment is supplied and supported internationally, and installations outside the Americas are scoped case by case — tell us where the line is and we will set out how service would work for it.
